The National Sales Manager will be responsible for business planning, account management, team leadership, budgeting, and overall sales growth. This full-time, on-site position is based in Tripoli, with travel across Libya as required.
•Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company goals.
•Manage day-to-day sales operations, including business planning and budgeting.
•Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts: pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
•Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
•Ensure alignment with multinational partners’ requirements and reporting standards.
•Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications / المؤهلات
•Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine (mandatory).
•Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably with multinational companies.
•Strong expertise in sales strategy, budgeting, and account management.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive business growth.
•Based in Tripoli with willingness to travel across Libya.
•Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
