Business unit manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee promotion, sales, and marketing activities across all Libya

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the Nutrition business unit

• Drive market expansion and achieve business growth targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners

• Manage and guide the sales & marketing team to ensure performance excellence

Proven leadership experience in the Nutrition sector is a must

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine

Mandatory: Previous experience in Multinational Companies

Strong leadership & team management skills

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Fluent in English (spoken & written)
