This full‑time role focuses on promoting assigned products, providing scientific detailing to HCPs, driving sales targets, and reporting market insights. The role may require travel to Tripoli, Benghazi, and other regions.
•Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to detail products and achieve sales targets.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and key stakeholders.
•Execute territory plans, events, and product presentations in line with company strategy.
•Track orders, stock levels, and competitor activities; submit timely reports (daily/weekly).
•Ensure compliant promotional practices and accurate product information.
•Coordinate with the sales/marketing team and participate in trainings and meetings..

Qualifications /المؤهلات
•Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (preferred) or a related medical field.
•Minimum 1 year of experience with multinational or leading pharmaceutical companies.
•Strong sales, negotiation, and analytical skills.
•Customer‑service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Adaptability and familiarity with digital tools/CRM systems.
•Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Tripoli, Benghazi, etc.).
•Language: Arabic (fluent) and good English.
